The Minimum Viable AI Guardrails for a Small Team

Enterprise AI governance programs involve committees, review boards, risk registries, and multi-month implementation timelines. If you’re a 5-person startup or a 15-person team, that’s not realistic and it’s not necessary.

But "we’re too small for governance" isn’t a real position either. You’re using AI tools that handle data, generate outputs your clients see, and influence decisions. You need guardrails. They just need to be the right size.

1. An AI Tool Inventory (30 Minutes)
